Hotel/Travel Information

The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan Hotel, Spa and Casino is the host hotel for the 7th Research Centers in Minority Institutions International Symposium. You are encouraged to make your reservations early. The room rate cannot be guaranteed once the block of rooms has been exhausted. All individual reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first and last room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card which will be charged at the time of reservations.

No shows will forfeit the full room revenue for the dates of the reservation. For any reserved rooms vacated prior to the scheduled departure date, there will be full revenue assessed to the individual folio for the amount lost due to the early check out.

Room Rate: $160.00 per night - single or double occupancy. There will be an additional charge of $35.00/day for each additional person over age 18 and/or two people in a guestroom.

Tax: 11% per night

DIRECTIONS FROM LUIS MUŅOZ MARIN AIRPORT TO RITZ-CARLTON, SAN JUAN

  • Follow the SAN JUAN/ISLA VERDE signs when exiting the airport (stay to the right).

  • Take the first right-hand exit "LOIZA/PIŅONES" which is highway 187.

  • Continue eastward on 187 (1 or 2 miles), until the second traffic light remain in the two right-hand lanes at the next light.

  • Continue straight, to the front drive of The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino!
