Information for Exhibitors

Registration fees

For-profit organizations: $600.00
Non- profit organizations: $400.00

Fees include all meal functions and conference materials
for one person.

Booth specifications

one 8' x 10' booth
one identification sign (7" x 44") (this will include name of organization)
one booth number sign
two chairs
one skirted table (6 feet long)
fully draped black wall and side rails

This display must not extend outside of the perimeter of the 8' x 10' booth. No portion of the exhibit may extend into an aisle or adjoining booth. Only one organization per booth is permitted.

Show decorator

Upon receipt of the executed exhibitor registration form, each exhibitor will receive an exhibitor kit. The kit will give the name and address of the exposition, describe the costs of additional services and furnishings, accessories, shipping and storage, delivery, and the exhibit assembly.

Set-up time

Exhibitors may begin assembling exhibits at 12:00pm, Sunday, November 12, 2000. Set-ups must be completed by 5:00pm, November 12, 2000.

Dismantling time

Exhibitors may begin removing their displays between 4:00pm and 10:00pm, November 15, 2000.

Electrical, computer and telephone access

Exhibitors must arrange, through the show exposition, for additional services including electrical outlets, telephone hook-ups and computer services. The exhibitor kit will contain more specific information.

PLEASE NOTE

Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for damages to or by displays or exhibitor equipment. The Exhibitor understands that neither Morehouse School of Medicine, University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras Campus, Universidad Central del Caribe, Ponce School of Medicine nor The Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino maintains insurance covering the exhibitor property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Cancellation Policy
Payment information must be submitted with registration to ensure processing in a timely manner. Refunds less a $75.00 processing fee will be made if cancellation is received in writing prior to October 15, 2000. No refunds will be made after October 15, 2000.
